The National Help Line

The National Help Line is an EXCLUSIVE HEALTHCARE service operated to provide information and assistance to English speaking
people living in France and worldwide.
Subjects and services covered are:
1. All enquiries and issues relating to the citizens’ rights, acquisition, registration, and use of the European “S” forms and the EHIC/CEAM.
2.Assistance with, solving problems arising with the French health authority or other official organisations, such as affiliation to the French NHS.
3. Monitoring official websites and other sources of information regarding changes in the French NHS.
4. Maintaining existing contacts in the UK: the DOH and its sub-offices; in France: the Director General of CNAM, the Director General of CLEISS,
     the CPAM press office and the British Embassy where necessary and appropriate.
5. Providing information worldwide regarding the regulations and formalities to be observed in moving to visit or become resident in France.
6. An important activity is ongoing information and advice from first contact, through planning and during the arrival and settling in period.
    This service is free and without obligation and is ongoing for our insured clients.
